Slovenian national legislation

While the stipulations in regulations regulating coordination of social security systems are used directly, the stipulations of the Directive 96/71/ES about posting of workers in the frame of providing a cross-border service are transferred into the Employment Relationship Act (available in Slovenian)  (Official Gazette of the RS, no. 21/13, 78/13 – amended and 47/15 – ZZSDT) and the Employment, Self-Employment And Work Of Aliens Act (available in Slovenian) (Official Gazette of the RS, no. 47/15) with the conditions of entry and residence of posted workers appropriately regulated in the Aliens Act (available in Slovenian) (Official Gazette of the RS, no. 45/14 – official consolidated text, 90/14, 19/15 and 47/15 – ZZSDT).

The provisions of the Directive 2014/67/EU are currently in the phase of being transferred into the Slovenian national law.
